The Geological Society of Greece (GSG) announces its 17th International Congress. The Congress is going to be held in Mytilene, Lesvos island (Greece), during May 27-31, 2025 and will be hosted at the University of the Aegean.
New dates announced for the 16th International Congress of the Geological Society of Greece
Following extensive discussions between the Organizing Committee and the Geological Society of Greece, we decided to change the dates of the 3-25 to October 17-19, 2022.

Groundwater resources in an ever-changing environment
Τhe Association of Geologists and Mining Engineers of Cyprus in collaboration with the Hellenic Committee of Hydrogeology extend their warmest welcome to all international scientific community, researchers, students, government officials and experts dealing with all aspects of groundwater resources to participate in the 12thInternational Hydrogeological Conference. The Conference will be held under the auspices of the Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment of the Republic of Cyprus, Dr Costas Kadis and it is supported by the Geological Survey Department of Cyprus and Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

Moreover, a series of workshops are open to all interested participants -but with limited seats available, so you'd better hurry!

We are happy to announce that Registration and Extended Abstract Submission for GSG 2019 opens on 1st January, 2019.
This is the 15th International Congress of the Geological Society of Greece, held every three years since the early 1980s. GSG 2019 will take place at the Harokopio University of Athens, Greece, between 22-24 May 2019.
